Using the Approach S62 with the Android Golf APP - Notifications stop

Good day.

My watch s62 stops after some time with notifications from the Phone.

Phone samsung s20 note

Checked all permissions and they seem allright.

To solve i need to uninstall garmin golf app and reinstall. Then for a while it is working.

I did not had this issue with my s8plus.

Android version on the phone is 10.

Does anyone recognise this behaviour.

We are currently researching and gathering more examples from Golf customers using a Samsung S20 series phone running Android version 10 experiencing smart notifications no longer arriving to their Approach S62. I have sent you a Private Message to gather more information.

Having the same problem. Been using it since xmas day. Worked at first with notifacations then stopped. Tried everything My phone is a Huawei P smart 2019

A temporary workaround is to remove your Approach S62 from the Golf APP and then Bluetooth pair it back.

I have tried that and it did work last night, however this morning it stopped working again. I done the same this morning and within an hour it stopped again.

I am sorry. The bug is incredibly frustrating. It is going to take an update to the Android Golf APP to fully resolve.

I am having this same issue. Will work for a short time and then stop. Have an approach s62 and a pixel 2

Same issue with my s62 and Android 8.1. Please advise what to do to rectify. I have 1 week to return to Amazon. Not interested in keeping a $700 glitchy phone.
