What the heck is going on??

What the heck is going on with the web interface??

over the past week. it has

1) taken on average to 5mins too load explore.garmin.com

2)then taken around the same time to load  explore.garmin.com/Map

3) often fails too load my library/collections  even after 30 mins

and finally

.quite often am getting the 504 cloudflare error page

All these errors happen on any machine I use at home or work  so it is NOT a device or connection  issue. and as it was sort of ok up until around 5 days ago it again suggests it is a garmin issues

So what is causing this and why??

For a multi-Billion company that pushes their online ecosystem it has been getting shockingly worse and worse...

  • Thanks for your reply! Still, it’s very frustrating. Over the years i have built a large collection of waypoints and tracks wich are all in BC. Tried to get them in Eplore but there are restrictions on file size (25 mb) and number of waypoints (500). So it takes me a lot of time to get that done, especially when ik takes half an hour te get my data on the screen, everytime i log in… A few hours ago i’ve uploaded a file with around 300 WP’s, 2,5 MB, still, it’s not visible on other devices…

  • I have around 25000 pois and 3400 routes lol.... So I hear your pain... Oddly though sometimes it has actualy let me upload 1000+ pois at a time...    But when it doesn't I found the best solution was to split the file in easygps...

  • As too them not appearing on the device yep been there done that got 100s of t-shirts lol...

  • still happening to me in UK. just get the map and whirring circle on left.  Not getting anilines to library where all data is.  Come on Garmin. Just not good enough as everyone here is saying.  Currently nit fit for purpose.. Really lucky I'm not overlanding at moment!!!

  • Hi, same issue in Poland! Can someone advice where I can report it to Garmin? I purchased Inreach subscription and cannot even plan the trip.

  • I'm seeing this also, the collections sidebar just sits there and spins.

  • yet another 4 days of this crap.......    ALL I am seeing is the spinning flower BS where collections should be... FOUR DAYS. And this is on MULTIPLE CONNECTS  and Machines as well as different OS's and Browsers... Including TWO countries... I am damn well tired of filling our forms(three in the past week) for Garmin to blatantly do nothing...

  • Stil same issue here, An admin contacted me via the messaging system here to ask for my email to comunicate with me... I'll report, but last time I had a bigger issue, it was with the Garmin messenger app not beeing able to re-login and it took the moonthly update to get it back on... 3 weeks without communication!!! better not rely on this garmin system for safety issues.
