No sync option on Garmin Explore Plans and Devices page

I recently purchased an inReach Messenger device. After editing the QuickText options for my device on the Garmin Explore website I was directed to the Plans and Devices page to sync my changes to the device (thru the Android Messenger app which I have installed?). The page does not show a sync option, just options for the device and my subscription (Freedom, Safety).

Can anyone explain how to sync my QuickText edits?

Hello, if you have the messenger device the only way to sync your device is then through the messenger app. It will automatically sync account changes with your device when the app is opened and used.

You need to sync your device with the Garmin Explore app or the Garmin Messenger app on your mobile phone, you cannot sync directly from the website to the device. See this section in the manual.

Thanks JungleJim, I understand that part, but how do I sync from the website to the Messenger app without a sync button?

You don't have to :) When you sync with Explore app (or Messenger app) the data is synced from web to your device via the app.

For other devices there is a sync button (or link) in Explore web, but clicking it will only show you information on how to download the app and sync from there. See the screenshot, it's in Dutch but you'll see what I mean.
