Sync process - got my courses deleted (not all) from watch

Hi Guys,

New to Explore.
First sync I notice the following:
1) very slow process for each track.
2) it brings all your watch activities . it could be ok but maybe it should ask if you want it or at least ask for a period.
3) maybe because I cancel the sync due it was taking too long because of all activities Explore erased my courses in the watch ... I've got left just one exactly the one that had been sync with the phone. I don't see a reason to delete a course that has not been sync yet.
