My wife and I recently switched from Fitbit to Garmin Vivoki due to poor to no syncing issues with Samsung Android devices. Now we are having terrible syncing issues with the Vivoki. PLEASE HELP!

Garmin Explore is designed to manage GPS data - routes, waypoints, etc. which is not something the Vivoki does. You may be better posting this on the Garmin Connect thread.
