I successfully used Explore when beta support for the the FR935 was added, but haven't used it in a while. Now when I try, it fails to sync. It does the Collections phase but then times out on the Waypoints.
I have tried reinstalling the app, using two different devices (Samsung S7 on Android 8 and S9 on Android 9), but still the problem remains.
As it happens with two phones, I am assuming that it is most likely something on my watch or my account that is amiss. I am reluctant to factory reset my watch unless I'm sure that will fix it.
Has anyone seen this problem and know of a resolution?
