Sync with FR935 times out transferring Waypoints

I successfully used Explore when beta support for the the FR935 was added, but haven't used it in a while. Now when I try, it fails to sync. It does the Collections phase but then times out on the Waypoints.

I have tried reinstalling the app, using two different devices (Samsung S7 on Android 8 and S9 on Android 9), but still the problem remains.

As it happens with two phones, I am assuming that it is most likely something on my watch or my account that is amiss. I am reluctant to factory reset my watch unless I'm sure that will fix it.

Has anyone seen this problem and know of a resolution?

I have the same issue - my FR935 won't sync past the waypoints

I just installed the app again after a long time. I use a FR935 too and it syncs locations (waypoints) and courses (tracks) but not activities. Also two old routes showed up that I made with the app in FR935-beta phase, which synced successfully to the FR935 and show up as courses. With the beta support nothing except 2 out of 100 waypoints synced, so this is already a huge improvement, but I would have really liked to see (and edit, then sync as courses) the activities as well.

I'm not able to sync activity. Tried restarting. Syncing from Instinct.
