My vivofit will not sync . i tried in uninstall the garmin connect an reinstall it now it wants me to pair it to my phone again and now it won't do that.. Any suggestions?it was working for a week now it just won't sync not even to my tablet..
I've had my Vivofit 2 for 3 weeks now and have only been able to sync twice in all that time. I am not trying to sync with a phone or tablet, but just with my HP Elitebook laptop with the ANT. I press the button on the device and hold it until it says "sync" then let it go. It blinks for less than a minute, then goes back to displaying my steps today. When I check the Garmin Connect website, it shows no steps today, yesterday, or most of Saturday (when I last sync'd successfully about 9:30 am). The pair looks good both from my laptop and the Garmin Connect website; I have refreshed the website many times. The two times I sync'd successfully, I did nothing different. Do these devices just sync randomly?
I have not tried uninstalling and reinstalling or re-pairing; is that the only solution? The FAQ says "most people will sync once a day". Well, not if they have to uninstall and reinstall, they won't!
