It was working fine, recording my heart rate activities with no difficulty and they would be in garmin connect after a sync in the records. Now, I see that the HRM is working on the vivofit as I am cycling, but after sync, there is no record or analysis of it on garmin connect--as if it never happened. What should I do? this is pretty frustrating to have a device that seems to work but just doesn't give the report? :eek::mad: It was working fine up until March 7. No records have shown up since then.
My last sync was March 10 (Tuesday). I have sent a tweet to Garmin Fitness and logged a request to the support team. Frustrating as this is the second time this has happened. Last time was back in December/January 2015
