Activity not syncing on Garmin Connect from Vivofit

I am having an odd issue today - I synced my vivofit via my Garmin Connect app on my iPhone6, and it all updated fine except for my Activity, which still shows Monday's date and activity.

I was watching my heart rate on my vivofit constantly last night, due to frequent disconnects prior to me replacing the battery, and heart rate was registering fine - no dropouts at all. Yet today it's as though there was no data collected from the 2 hours spent at the gym!

All 9000+ steps registered normally...

    I am having the same problem with my vivo fit it says data has been synced but won't update on garmin connect. Very frustrating. I just joined the forum today has garmin had any response to what appears to be a known issue

    Which connect? On the web? Make sure you don't have a popup blocker stopping the display of data. On mobile? Try syncing more than once. It may be a known issue for some but my vivofit syncs exactly as it should.

    Have tried multiple times and it says sync complete, but most recent date on garmin connect is 5/13
  • I just got my vivofit 2 yesterday and i did a hardcore intense 90 minute fitness session this morning, connected to the HRM, then synced with my iphone connect app and never saw it show up. Once i got to the office i did a couple of 90 second activities on the device with no HRM, synced to phone again, still nothing showing up.

    Figured it was maybe because there's a min-time requirement or something and it just glitched this morning? Anyway, I grabbed the little ANT USB adapter that came with the device and plugged that into my computer and installed the ANT agent software. I then disabled the bluetooth on my iphone. Then i did a couple more 90 second activity tests (no HRM) and rather than forcing the sync i just waited, and watched the USB ANT connection status. It picked up both activities and synced them to my account, and they now show up. After that I did a 90 sec activity with HRM strapped to me. This time the sync didn't kick in automatically - probably I just got impatient, and i forced the sync by holding down the button. However regardless, the activity still synced correctly and showed up on my dashboard.

    Alright so to make sure i'm not losing my mind, going to unplug the ant now, and re-enable bluetooth on my iphone and repeat the test. The app shows all 3 test activities from early, probably pulling them down from the cloud. Running the 90 second fitness test again... now starting sync manually... appears to be syncing something, progress bar is moving, taking a while.... now it actually did show up. Sigh. So it didn't work and now it does. That's just down right alarming. Flaky tech.

    Good luck to everyone else out there. Hopefully it'll just work for you most of the time?

    It had been working correctly since January but just quit updating a few weeks ago
