Activity not syncing on Garmin Connect from Vivofit

I am having an odd issue today - I synced my vivofit via my Garmin Connect app on my iPhone6, and it all updated fine except for my Activity, which still shows Monday's date and activity.

I was watching my heart rate on my vivofit constantly last night, due to frequent disconnects prior to me replacing the battery, and heart rate was registering fine - no dropouts at all. Yet today it's as though there was no data collected from the 2 hours spent at the gym!

All 9000+ steps registered normally...

    I'm experiencing that too. Hopefully, we'll find more details but it's frustrating.

    Ditto. It appears to be a global problem for activities. My gym workout from last night (Tuesday) synced fine as did my sleep overnight and today's steps but my gym workout tonight is not syncing. This has happened once or twice before. Unfortunately, the activities were lost forever.

    Same for me. Has always been very reliable. But gym workout last night and tonight did not show as an activity. If you look under the calorie element on the dashboard it shows 45 active minutes (which was right as I only put it on right as I started and off as I stopped), but it did not show as a heart rate activity - even though like you PhilthePill - I was watching it the entire time so know it was recording. So frustrating as I only get stupid "points" with my health care providers plan if the heart rate activity records and syncs. Which now it's lost forever. I need this fixed!!!!

    Have the same issue tonight...synced the activity last night and last nights sleep, but my 1hr bootcamp session doesnt appear in the activity area although it seems to have counted the steps! I also know it was recording my heart rate as I was monitoring it during the session!

    Seriously frustrating!

    A response from Garmin on this issue would be appreciated!

    Ditto. All of a sudden yesterday no new activities, but active/calorie information seems right.

    My vivosmart is not registering activity as well. Says it is syncing but if I look under devices it says no information. I t still sends me alerts on my watch but somehow there is a glitch. It has been four days now and I have jumped through all the scripted hoops. Please fix or it is going back to the store.

    Add me to this list. Activities have synced fine for 6 weeks but stopped yesterday and again nothing after the gym this morning..
  • We've had numerous outages in the first year of the Vivofit and the most infuriating part is the lack of acknowledgement from Garmin.

    Throughout this issue, my FR210 has worked fine in creating activities, it's just the Vivofit with the problem.

    I'm in the same boat too... My activities & HRM info hasn't synced since noon on 3/10. Has anyone heard back from Garmin about this issue? And am I to assume our data is now lost forever??

    Same here. And I did three separate activities yesterday with the HRM (biking, crossfit, soccer). I tried syncing after all three and got nothing (I tried updating the app in between, but that apparently wasn't the problem). It was a heck of a day to lose activity tracking!!

    But yeah, I imagine all that data has been purged from the Vivofit once the sync was completed is is now gone forever ::sadface::
