Sync data not showing up in Garmin Connect

Sync appears to be working with my Garmin 410 watch. Ant agent says the last transfer occurred today.
Garmin Connect now only shows my runs from last April 2014. My 410 watch has the runs in it. I checked.
However all data has been synced with the computer. Is there another upload step to get the data into Garmin Connect?

    Same problem here. Garmin 910xt. Garmin Express 4.0.11.0. Mac OS 10.10.2.
    Everything was working fine until 10 days ago (March 18th). Now syncing seem to be a problem. I have an error message saying that everything could not be transfered. Now I see the activities on the watch but not on Connect.
    Help please.
  • fr610 - same problem - the activity - distance/time etc registers on the watch - when i synch the watch states "transferring" - then my computer says synch failed - the data disappeared from the watch
  • Mine is similar; went to synch today after my race. Express said the synch failed; the activity is there on my 310 history but only yesterday's run is showing up. I don't get it.
  • Is there someone from Garmin that read the forum?

    Otherwise, is there a link where we can submit a bug?

    I have same problem with my 310 XT. Funny that my problems started around the same date as the thread up above, March 18th. I have been on to Garmin "help" twice and the 1st guy said to uninstall and then re-install Express so I did that with no result. He also said if all else failed to do a "master reset" on my watch (which I did and erased all my latest workouts) but this was no good also. His email then said if that fails I will need to contact Garmin Australia as they could walk me through what would be required to fix the problem. I then rang the Garmin Australia help number 1800 235 822 (which went through to a guy from the Philippines) who tried to assist also. When I suggested I should uninstall the latest version of Express and re install an older version he said "yes, that should take care of your problems as the older version didn't have anywhere near the problems as the newer version". I have now done that and I still have the same problems......STILL. My watch says it is transferring the workout, the workout gets transferred, the watch zero's out, and I am left with nothing on Garmin Connect.
    Come on GARMIN.......surely there is enough people on these forums with the same problems that you can work out an answer for us.
    Please Help Us get this sorted, and can some one from Garmin give me a phone number of someone in Australia I can talk with and get this problem sorted.
    Oh, by the way, I am not a "computer" person and I have loved having the 310 for the last few years because of its ease of operation. It has worked brilliantly without a hitch, and I am/was in the midst of upgrading to Fenix 3, but due to the problems I (and many others) are having I am not so sure now.
    Garmin, please help us..........

    Garmin doesn't normally post here. However you can get the phone number for Garmin Support from the Garmin Support website. There is a link to it in my signature line below. Be sure to check that it detected your country correctly by looking at the flag near the top right of the page.

    Sync issues will almost always be directly or indirectly related to Garmin Express, so a better place to find a solution is the Garmin Express sub-forum where actual Garmin reps have been answering posts.

    same issue

    Same problem with my Garmin 225. Run is showing on my 225. Cool down run immediately after synced to Garmin Connect and Strava but not the run itself! Anyone had any progress resolving? Im lost.

    having same issue using Windows 10, Edge 500 v 3.30, Garmin Express v4.1.5.0. i have login to Garmin Connect and sync manually into Garmin Connect and thus into Strava.
