Sync data not showing up in Garmin Connect

Sync appears to be working with my Garmin 410 watch. Ant agent says the last transfer occurred today.
Garmin Connect now only shows my runs from last April 2014. My 410 watch has the runs in it. I checked.
However all data has been synced with the computer. Is there another upload step to get the data into Garmin Connect?

  • are you positive the account you set up when you installed Garmin Express was the same as what you are logging into from your browser? There is a link in Garmin Express to take you to the account it's uploading to, find that link and verify it. You shouldn't have to log in when you use it. Once there, take a careful look at the user id.

    If that's not the issue, then there are plenty of similar posts with things to try in the Garmin Express sub-forums.

    edit...... oh you are using ant agent still? disregard what I wrote. Don't know if any of that applies.

    I have been experiencing same issue since yesterday afternoon. SYNC is successful but no data in garmin connect. Very irritating. I sync after every activity and never had this issue.

    I just started having this problem last week. Garmin connect says sync was successful but steps do not show up. Is this a system or device problem?
  • I'm having the same problem this morning with my 910xt. Says it transferred successfully to garmin connect, but not appearing no my dashboard or activities. Has anyone found a solution?

  • So frustrating, my data is on the Garmin, it say it has sync but the data is not in Garmin connect and my Strava says there are no devices connected? i've done new tests and these are now updated, can no-one help?

    My phone and computer are on Garmin connect. Yesterday I ran and saved data on 3 occasions. The computer is picking up all but the phone is missing one of the runs. Any suggestions. All other runs are recorded.
  • I typically do 2 activities a day - one right after the other.

    What I find is that the first activity seems to sync automatically but not the second. I manually initiate another sync. That gets me the second activity and everything up-to-date even though I often get the red flag that the sync has failed. It's not a big deal as I'm whole but it's a bit shaky.
  • Got the same issue, Forerunner 410 as well.

    I'm having the same problem. Forerunner 910XT. It was working fine this week, but this morning, my device synched with my computer but fails to show up on the Garmin Connect web site.
