For several weeks now, I haven't been able to upload data from my vivofit to connect. When I try it with the iPhone app, it seems to be connecting to the phone. It says "Synching with Vivofit" for about 2 seconds and then flashes green to indicate it does, but it doesn't actually transfer any data. When I try to use Garmin Express on my Mac, I get to the point of adding a new device, but then it tells me that it can't connect to the servers when I try to connect the device to my existing account.
For weeks, when I have been visiting the Connect website, I have seen a message at the top of the screen saying there were server problems, so I was patiently waiting for them to be resolved. Now the message is gone, and I still can't get the data to transfer and upload. Is Connect still having problems? If so, is there any resolution in sight? This seems like a lot of downtime! Or is there something wrong with both my Garmin Express and iPhone App.
