Activity graph with distance AND time

It would be very useful to be able to see the distance AND the time on the same graph for running activities.
We could have to scales, one on the top of the graph, and another one at the bottom of the graph, one displaying the time, the other one displaying the distance.
I don't see any other way today to see the time and the distance at the same time on a graph.
Thank you

+1, with a caveat. When the graphs are presented "over time" the vertical marker displays only the time at any point on the graphs. Similarly, when the graphs are "over distance," the vertical marker displays the distance. As such, as a feature request, have the vertical marker display both time and distance.

Has garmin provided an answer for this question? I have the same request: It would be very useful to be able to see the distance AND the time on the same graph for running activities.

  • Has garmin provided an answer for this question?

You do not need Garmin for that, you can turn on the feature yourself with the local overrides:

  • Trux, I’ve installed everything, but can’t find where I can add a graph like that.

    injekting missing overlay or something?

  • I am sorry for the disappointment, but the GCOverlays require an update after each new version release of the Garmin Connect Web interface. And since there was practically no interest in the  GCOverlays in the past year or two, I use to update the sctipt rather sporadically, since it requires several hours of work every few weeks.

I'll certainly do it sooner or later again, or will try to find a way to avoid the necessity to update the scripts with each new GCW release, but currently some of the features of the GCOverrides (including this one) are simply not working.

Should there a little bit more interest in it, I'd be more motivated to spend the time on updating it more regularly, but currently it does not look anyone cares about it, hence the low priority for the maintenance from my side too.

  • Ah I see. I understand.

    Cool work though!

    Thanks!
