My Vivofit is not syncing information with Garmin Connect. I have noted that there are some ongoing technical issues that the tech team are working on at the moment but it says that the step and sleep sync functions are now on line. These are not syncing on mine. Should I just wait and see what happens once everything else comes back on line or is there other things I should try to get it working. The last time my vivofit synced was on the 7th Jan.
Same problem. Ive removed all software and reloaded. Tried a differnet computer and even a different account. The garmin ap says is syncing and then complete but the last data that gets to the account is a few weeks old.
Perhaps they are trying to repair yet another problem...........I noticed last night that my a.m. workout was entered as the previous day and my evening workout was entered as the next day......This morning I tried to sync and I can't ...........Apparently they have been having issues when EVERYONE bought trackers, etc. at Christmas, and it overloaded the circuts. Just frustrating when you can't sync.
My 620 was working fine and then started having sync errors with this morning's run. I have been using Garmin devices for years and am becoming increasingly frustrated over the many software glitches and errors I have had to deal with over time. The devices work great when they are working, but these problems are making me seriously question whether my next gadget is going to be a Garmin.
