Not Syncing

My Vivofit is not syncing information with Garmin Connect. I have noted that there are some ongoing technical issues that the tech team are working on at the moment but it says that the step and sleep sync functions are now on line. These are not syncing on mine. Should I just wait and see what happens once everything else comes back on line or is there other things I should try to get it working. The last time my vivofit synced was on the 7th Jan.

    Having same issue. Tried with computer and it says server error. Tried with phone app as well with no luck.

    I am having problem since last Sunday( 1/4). I try syncing everyday. As of now my steps data is available only up to last Sunday. So I am having a backlog of 1 week data. I am hearing about the tech issues since last 1 week. Prior to the issue, I used to get syncing completed message on the computer though steps figure does not get updated. Looks like Garmin has bitten more than what they can chew. Living with a problem for 1 week sucks similar to their customer support: Mon to Thu: 0800-1800 CST and Friday: 0800-1700. May be their website( garmin connect) also works at the same time slots.
  • Last week, when all hell broke out, I told myself not to waste my time as the problem was obviously at the Garmin site.

    Just looking at the forum, I would say that most people are not experiencing what the 3 of you are. There were issues Saturday morning that were cleared up during the day so if you are still having problems, I would not assume the problem is at the Garmin site at this moment. Perhaps you need to re-pair or upgrade/downgrade firmware or Connect or Express.

    In my case, I'm running Connect 2.7.1 even though there's a 2.7.3 availaqble as it ain't broke so I'm not fixing it.

    My 910 and bike Garmin both won't sync with my Ant since I swapped to Garmin Connect? I have tried re downloading the software a number of times,and restarting my MAC etc but nothing gets the sync started?

    I've finally got mine to work by manually updating the version of Garmin Express on my PC. Not sure why I had to do that as it's set to update automatically?

    I have had this problem since last Sunday too with my garmin fr910xt.
    Have removed all software and reinstalled, to no avail.
  • Got the same problem with my 405cx. It just doesn't sync now.
  • Is there any chance that Garmin Connect's development team will actually fix these problems? It's becoming more of a hassle than it's worth-- I'm ready to switch platforms if it doesn't get better soon.
  • I managed to resolve my issue by uninstalling Garmin Express, deleting the Garmin folder in %appdata% and then re-installing a clean copy again!

    I'm having the same issue....its synching with MFP but isn't registering steps or my sleep. I've tried reinstalling Garmin Connect but that hasn't worked either
