Having an issue creating a new manual activity or editing an existing activity...

I did an indoor cycling workout on a Forerunner 220 and I want to edit the distance data that was recorded. I would like to either create a new manual activity, or edit the distance data for the activity that was already uploaded to Connect. Unfortunately, attempts to do either have lead to "Time out" requests both yesterday and, so far, today.

Can someone please explain?

I was having 'Garmin Server' issues yesterday-- would that have anything to do with these requests?
