Hey thanks for looking into this.
My MyFitnessPal and Garmin Connect where perfectly syncing. Then I disconnected the sync through MFP and I tried to link the two apps again through MFP just like I did the first time, only this time unsuccessfully. I have tried to link the two apps in any possible way I know but no luck. I still get the message that they cannot sync and it seems to be temporary but it has been over a week now.
Please post a screenshot of the error message you get, when you try reconnecting the accounts in Garmin Connect Web.
I have had the same results, but the watch doesn't remain synced. I have to do that everytime, and it even went and reverted yesterday's calories when it had synced last night. Really frustrating.
In case of troubles, it is always advisible to check the Status at https://connect.garmin.com/status/
Today, it shows the status Limited at MFP. Most likely a problem on MFP's servers, since everything else is green at Garmin. In case it does not get etter, consider contactng the support at MFP.
