Swich to Modern does not appear

Hello Garmin Team,
I'm curious why do some friends of mine who are using Garmin Connect (first one is older user than me, second-new one) do not see link Switch to Modern on the top right corner?
It isn't a firefox setting. In one case it was a setting in the browser extension that was being used, and in the other it was a network configuration change.
If you are having trouble getting the modern Garmin Connect to display anything other than a mostly blue screen, you should check to see that you aren't using any extensions that block addthis or tealium. If you are not sure, you can temporarily disable your browser extensions to see if it works. Once you determine it is an extension that is causing the problem, determine which one it is. Then, once you know which one, look into its configuration to see if you can disable part of the functionality when accessing connect.garmin.com.
