Sync failed - server error?!?

Since Saturday 24 may I have not been able to upload from my fenix2 through Bluetooth to my ipad using garmin connect. I keep receiving the sync failed - server error. Until the weekend this worked flawlessly. I have rebooted/restarted/restored everything that I can. Any solutions/suggestions?

    I have the same problem and find nothing for help from web site. I think Garmin do not provide help for such old watch as Fenix 2

  • Can you try a manual upload to Garmin Connect Web? That could tell you if you have a corrupt file on it.

    • With your Garmin device connected to your computer
    • Open the drive associated with your device.
    • Look for your FIT file under the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder.
    • Drag and drop the file on to the Garmin Connect Import Data page.
    • If you get any message other than Import Complete, then there is a problem with the file. In that case, please zip the file and attach it to this thread. We can look at it to see what might be wrong.
