uploading onto new modern connect

can someone please help , i cannot find the UPLOAD button on the new Modern garmin connect , ive found import but not the upload .....where is it or does anyone know how to do it , ive been going back to classic to upload :confused::confused::confused:
Garmin!!! Why oh why??? do you HAVE to mess with a perfectly good web site. I have to use the old version to UPLOAD from my 305 watch. Perhaps the new watches AUTO-UPLOAD and this is a deliberate cynical way to get us to buy a new watch by NOT providing an "upload button".
