Activities then click import then you can upload just like before :)

According to this, the functionality is there.

Strange... I connected a 705 to my computer yesterday, opened GC (which was in the Classic view), and the new rides were already uploaded!!! Whut? Does whichever device I connect automatically upload to which ever account I have opened? That is NG. I need to have control over this as I have multiple devices and GC accounts that I manage.

Edit...Hmmm. Don't know. Looks like an account needs to be linked to specific device. Must have something to do with Garmin Express, which AFAIK was not running when I connected the device.

Same issue here. My with and I share a watch, and we like to manually select which workouts are uploaded to our respective garmin accounts. Looks like that functionality was removed. Anyone aware of how to manually select workouts to upload in the new "modern version"?

With the dawning of Gamin Connect 'modern' everything is now automatically uploaded via Garmin Express, which is fine unless you share a device like my wife and I do (it uploads my runs it to my wife's account so I have to delete my run from there, 'cut' it out of the Forerunner hard drive and then save it on my PC for manual upload to my Connect account.
No big deal and the price you pay for sharing a device BUT it would be nice to have the option to turn autosync off.

I've downloaded Garmin Express, but it won't upload my activities because Garmin Ant Agent is blocking. Could someone please assist?
After I switch the ANT agent off, Garmin Express doesn't recognise that my stick is still plugged in.

The Ant Agent has blocked my upload before. I shut down the Agent and plugged the stick in again and everything worked without issues.

Hi I have just downloaded Express and clicked to change to modern BUT all I get is a blank navy blue screen with 4 square buttons top left of screen that when clicked on do nothing - I cant see a change back to classic either so now cant access any run data? Can anyone help?

My device (Garmin 500) doesn't seem to by syncing to Modern. I'm getting a message that "there was an error syncing to Garmin Express." So I have to switch to Classic to upload.
