Hi,
Is this solved? I am still not able to create a workout cor mutli sport. Do I miss something is is Garmin not able to create this function after 6 years?
+1. This would be useful.
Probably because multisport/triathlon is already possible through the activity types in the watches. At least the higher tier watches.
Again, it is not about the possibility to track multisport/triathlon. This is working. It is about a work outs for multisport/triathlon. For example, running goal pace between 5:30 and 6:00 (alarm if not in range), cycling goal pace between 1:00 and 1:30 and so on. At themoment i have to leave the activiy running and then start the activity cycling to have my work outs
Ok. There are several different questions in this thread so it is hard to know what people actually are asking for.
I think you can set goal pace with alerts for each activity in a multisport activity. I haven't tested it, but the other settings for the swim, run and bike activity types will follow into the multisport activity. If you like to have other alert settings just for when you are doing multisport activities you can create a copy of the swim, run and bike activity types and use them in the multisport activity.
I think you can set goal pace with alerts for each activity in a multisport activity.
But this is far from a structured workout offered for single-sport activities.
Oh my god, 9 years and still no solution.
I have multisport activity (lets say yoga and pilates)
I have created workout for yoga and a workout for pilates.
Why still after 9 years I am not able in multisport assign workout for yoga to yoga activity and workout for pilates to pilates activity in the multisport settings????.
Training option is in the menu, I go to workout, watch tells me to download workout from GC, which I did.
Why still after 9 years I am not able in multisport assign workout for yoga to yoga activity and workout for pilates to pilates activity in the multisport settings????.
Likely because there is low demand for such feature. Suggest it at Share Ideas | Garmin, and if there are numerous similar requests, Garmin may consider it.
