Garmin Express won't send workouts to my device

I've installed Garmin Express and have found that I can no longer send my workouts to my 910XT.

Please help as I regularly send workouts back and forth depending on my training for the day. Manual input directly to my watch is very cumbersome.

Also... I can no longer send my files to Training Peaks. Any suggestions??

Thanks.

Same with forerunner 410 on Mac. Uninstalled express, reinstalled communicator and ANT agent 2.22, switched back to classic view, workouts sent to device fine. Come on Garmin, fix this issue. And while you are at it, add shoe tracking too!
  • Add me to the list of users that cannot send workouts to the 405 with Garmin Express.

I tried the suggestion earlier about deleting my device from Garmin Express and various Garmin folders throughout my machine. I then re-paired my device with Garmin Express. Syncing workouts from the 405 to Garmin Connect works fine, however sending workouts from the "modern" Garmin Connect to the 405 through Garmin Express does not work at all.

I uninstalled Garmin Express, reinstalled ANT Agent, switched to Garmin Connect "classic" mode, and then everything works as before.

I think I'll stick with the "classic" Garmin Connect mode, since I don't see much difference in the modules that I use (Activities, Workouts, Calendar, etc.). The only real difference I see is how the home screen is laid out. I'll only switch back to "modern" if I know for a fact that sending workouts to the 405 through Garmin Express has been fixed.

Any hope to get this sync working? Express still does not send workouts to the device. Having Forerunner 305.

I just ran into this tonight where I tried to send a workout from SportTracsk Garmin Fitness plugin to my FR 910xt and Garmin Express won't send the workout file to my device. That stinks! I keep a GAA installer on my computer just in case, but I have been really trying to use GE when I can because I started having problems with GAA sending activities to GC after the last GC update. But this is really disappointing that the app that "replaces" GAA doesn't have the complete set of capabilities that GAA does.

I am having the same issues as everyone else here, and am wondering how a company can break their own software, and then ignore the fact that they broke it. Looks like my next GPS watch will NOT be made by Garmin.
