Message "Could not save, please check your values and try again"

I am trying to log in to my garmin connect account. I put in a display name (just started asking for me this yesterday) and it tells me "Could not save, please check your values and try again". And I can't log in. Any advice or help would be sincerely appreciated.
  • same here. just happened after updating Garmin Express. Garmin Express has the same issue. Have 510 and 910XT. this is very annoying. can see my stuff on Strava though.
  • Garmin, you have got to be kidding, get it sorted. Can't even delete my account and start again when trying to use the same email address. WILL GARMIN RESPOND????????
    Garmin, if you wait long enough someone may help you! Get it sorted.

    I had the same problem logging in with my USERNAME. Garmin Connect would then prompt me to choose another username, which it wouldn't save.

    I went back and logged in using my EMAIL address, which worked.

    Hope that works for you as well.
