I realize there is a transition in process but I'm panicking slightly at the disappearance of all of my training history. Is anyone else experiencing this??
With our new social sign on option when logging onto Garmin Connect we have seen some folks like you indicate that your data is missing. In many cases that we have researched we have discovered that the incorrect username or email address had been used. If you have any other email addresses that you could have possibly used please give that a try when signing into your account. If that does not solve your problem could you please provide the serial # of your device in a reply to this thread? We can take that number and bounce it off our database to determine where your data is located. We can send you an email with the info once we have the username from the Garmin Connect team. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
I came home from my run, connected my forerunner 610 and... Everything disappeared from my watch history, including today's run! So much for new Garmin Connect coming up... and I'm even still on old interface. Something went wrong big time...
I cant log in now, it wants me to choose a new username, and I cant use the one I had previously (it says "Could not save, please check your values and try again").
I have logged in with both username and the original email address I used, both broken.
This has happened to me as well - I had to reset my password as the updated Garmin Connect site no longer had my saved login info. Now it's only showing my last four runs. I've lost nearly four years worth of data - training runs, races, personal bests, the lot!
I've lost over a year's worth of activities: Forerunner® 310XT, Serial Number: 1GM396380
Same situation as everyone else: Website requested new login/username, and everything was gone. Even new information will not upload despite dialogue box indicating that my information is now available to view. Thanks in advance for emailing me with a resolution of the issue.

Please attempt to sign into your account with the temp password that was just sent to you. I was able to log into your account and did not see the issue that you described. If you still have this issue please grab a screenshot and provide it in a reply to this thread.
