I realize there is a transition in process but I'm panicking slightly at the disappearance of all of my training history. Is anyone else experiencing this??
Dashboard looks the same so I dont think I've been switched and yet history is completely Blank. I downloaded the update fr garmin connect and still nothing.
my history on the phone is gone.. but can still find them on Garmin connect. I tried to delete the app and download it Again without succes :-( I HATE UPDATES..
Well that might make a difference in our conversations. I am viewing from my computer. If the OP was viewing from the GC phone app then the conversation changes slightly, though hopefully it just gets back to the changeover and will solve itself.
Heather, was the upgrade you downloaded Garmin Express for your PC/Mac, or the latest version of the App for your phone? If you where talking about viewing data from your phone app, then you can probably rest a little easier that it's just a connection and xfer of data from GC to the phone app.
I'd recommend you call or email Garmin Support though if you are viewing GC from a computer and can't see your history. And save your activity files yourself from here on. Possibly the new Garmin Express will be doing this for everyone, but it might only do that for those that have a device that requires an ant stick to communicate between the computer and device as was formerly done with ant agent.
Mine has also disappeared. The last activity says November 24th 2010 whereas my actual last activity was last Friday. Hopefully they'll get it back or I'm switching!
What is goin on with Garmin. It's asking me for another username the one I have is fine thanks, then it tells me someone else is using it. I know 100% no one else is using this name. All my history has been deleted. GARMIN sort this out!!! I guess I'll be using STRAVA for the next while.
