garmin forerunner 220….cannot send run to device

i have been able to send my workouts to device until the last few weeks. i read only 10 workouts can be stored. i deleted all saved workouts in my forerunner 220…
the website said only 10 workouts OR/AND you can use your training calendar and send your training schedule to the device. i was able to do this for the week only, not the month.

i thought i had solved the problem by deleting the stored workouts…now when i "send to device", it shows device located, preparing workout, workout sent to device…. when i go to my forerunner and look at workouts…it says "download workouts from garmin connect"..

i downloaded the new firmware today but it had no effect on this issue.

what is going on…??? any suggestions

    I'm also having problems sending my workouts to the FR220. When I try to send from the calendar page, I get the message, "No device found that supports Scheduled Workouts." (FR220 is connected, firmware up to date, communicator plugin up to date)

    I have the same problem. And it had worked just fine earlier today.

    I have been training for a half marathon with my Forerunner 220's calendar without a problem....until yesterday. My watched locked up after the run, so I had to turn it off. I lost my run and training calendar. I tried to download my calendar again and I got the same message, "No device found that supports Scheduled Workouts"

    Ho lo stesso problema sempre con Forerunner 220 non si apre alcun pop-up caricando l'allenamento da garmin connect al dispositivo.

    I have the same problem with my Forerunner 220...got the same message: "No device found that supports Scheduled Workouts"

    Having the same problem with the edge 500 since I updated my account. Can upload new work but sending course to device wont load, although the page says sent successful.
    What next??

    my activities downloaded and i can send individual workouts but when i try to send workouts from the calendar i get the "No device found that supports Scheduled Workouts" message.

    Garmin Forerunner 620 Cannot also send run to device

    :( I'm facing the same issue. I can upload activities from my Forerunner 620, but when I try to send workout from calendar to device I receive the message: "No device found that supports Scheduled Workouts"... any help?

    Same problem - when I try to send workouts to 220 via the calendar page, I receive message "No device found that supports Scheduled Workouts". Oddly, I can send individual workouts, from the Workout page, just not from the calendar page? Also, there are no errors with Garmin Express (recognized) but it doesn't appear to load the info correctly on the 220? Mac OS X 10.9.1 with Safari 7.0.1, FR 220 2.50.

    First Garmin, a little disappointed so far :( Hoping someone posts a fix soon.

    Same here! - Could this be related to the update of the Garmin Express Software? - But I also have not found a way to reinstall the old one...

    ;( this sucks - I am addicted to this functionality - need it fixed by tomorrow....
