garmin forerunner 220….cannot send run to device

i have been able to send my workouts to device until the last few weeks. i read only 10 workouts can be stored. i deleted all saved workouts in my forerunner 220…
the website said only 10 workouts OR/AND you can use your training calendar and send your training schedule to the device. i was able to do this for the week only, not the month.

i thought i had solved the problem by deleting the stored workouts…now when i "send to device", it shows device located, preparing workout, workout sent to device…. when i go to my forerunner and look at workouts…it says "download workouts from garmin connect"..

i downloaded the new firmware today but it had no effect on this issue.

what is going on…??? any suggestions

    I have the same problem with my 620. It worked perfect until saturday, but then all of a sudden the planned workout for sunday was gone. Tried it on my mac with safari, and firefox, both give the same message.

    Same problem here with 620. Also the icon for sending a calender workout to device does not show in Safari. Using internet explorer it does show however GC no longer notices my device.

    Uploads from watch to GC are no problem and GC recognizes my 620 for this however does not find it for sending.

    I am getting pretty sick of all the tech problems with GC. There always seems to be an issue.

    Love the watch though!

    Facing the same issue "No device found that supports Scheduled Workouts." while trying send workouts to my FR620, which is detected by Communicator Plugin correctly.

    Same issue here. FR 220 and getting the "No device found that supports Scheduled Workouts" when trying to upload from the Calendar UI.

    same problem with my 220. this happened after the update.
    Garmin Kindly step in, middle of my calender and i cant update it from my comp to the watch. and as troubleshooting i erased all activities from my watch, now i have nothing on my watch and still same message shows
    "No device found that supports Scheduled Workouts"
    we need a quick repair

    I am encountering the same problem. I was using this previously on my 220 without any problems, but now that the site has been updated I now get the same message others are reporting - no device found that supports scheduled workouts. Garmin, please step in with a fix as we need this functionality!! What is the point of downloading a training plan to a supported device if we can't actually use it?
  • Today we have a new day and the old problem is still unsolved. Scheduled Workouts still does not work. :mad: and we have no information of when the problem will be solved

    I have the exact same problem. I hope Garmin can fix this very soon as is playing havoc with my training plan for my half marathon and very frustrating. Has anyone found a way around this issue?

    Does the support team even read the problems?
    come on Garmin at least say you are working on it.
