Would it be possible to add yoga and/or stretching as an activity type? As a runner, I am trying to focus more on stretching. Right now I am classifying it as other but would love to be able to have an activity type specified for it. Thank you!
There are so many activities that can be added, plus also the ability to break down a session between activities.
So on a typical day I would do 45 minutes on an elliptical trainer, 15 minutes on the rowing machine and then 30 minutes doing various types of weights. Therefore I would like to have the ability to break the 1 hour 30 minute session in to the three activities.
Furthermore, also have the ability to set/program this via Garmin Connect on my computer and then have the session analysed post doing it.
Also activities like BoxFit, Body Pump and other which have been suggested by others like Pilates, Yoga etc should be added to the list.
Add my vote. Stunning that this sort of activity isn't included. I guess it comes from the Garmin heritage of tracking things moving around, and most of these don't do much moving, but still no real excuse given how vital pilates, yoga, weights, etc. are to most people's exercise plans
