Garmin Connect does not show interval data when comparing new activities

I noticed this problem recently, when I tried to compare two identical activities uploaded from my Garmin Edge 500 that I use to do on my bicycle. When I now compare them on Garmin Connect it shows this image:

If I now re-upload previous activities the GC does not show the lap data. If I compare previously uploaded activities all data are displayed correctly.

Moreover on the main page of the activity all data appear correctly.

Has anyone noticed this problem on your Garmin Connect?

I also see this with some pairs of results while others will display correct in the compare view. In all cases the data looks fine when viewing the individual result.
  • I got the same problem today

There are loads of bugs in the latest Connect - bloody awful, actually. I'm thinking of moving to Suunto!

    - The above comparison error is still there, exactly as mentioned by others.
    - Some of the arithmetic for my events is total rubbish - wrong totals, screwing up averages etc.
    - When adding a new record with Quick Edit, the title does not get updated (remains "Untitled"). Going back in, the title is correct in Edit mode and adding a space or two often helps to have it saved properly. Often though, have to go to full edit mode (where the title in the edit mode is "Untitled") and update that one.
    - When you click on Laps on the map, it makes no difference - no lap points shown!
    - When I first saw these, I let them pass as they mentioned they were making changes. But this has been going on for weeks now - annoying as hell.

    Still the same problem.
Cannot view splits when comparing 2 or more activities, but the splits are in the data when viewing activities individually. Should be an easy fix, as we used to be able to do this.

I've got the same problem. Been going on for months. I thought they were going to address this issue on the new update. I'de rather be able to compare new and old data than see a graph on dashboard the says "kilometers" per activity IMHO. Please prioritize.

I am having the same issue with my Forerunner 405...Helllooooooooooo Garmin. Is anyone there? Does anyone care? This is not the first issue I have had with their (lack of) customer support. I will be looking at other brands in the not to distant future if this issue is not resolved.
  • 2 months this split time issue has been going.
I'm totally p!ssed off with it now, and I'm having to use Strava to look at splits for training analysis.......
I refused to upgrade from FR 610 to a FR620 because it doesn't have a cycling function (so I bought a Mio Cyclo 505 HC instead, better than the Edge 810 I think.....good business model Garmin !!)
I'm finding less and less reason to use GC, especially as it seems so poorly supported.
That new Polar V800 is due soon......seriously considering jumping ship.......aren't Polar meant to be revamping the Polar Flow website ?

I have the same problem with the Garmin 110... have started with the update 2.70 and the modernization of Garmin Connect.
Anybody knows how to configure software to an earlier version 2.60?

    best form Slovenia!
