Garmin Connect does not show interval data when comparing new activities

I noticed this problem recently, when I tried to compare two identical activities uploaded from my Garmin Edge 500 that I use to do on my bicycle. When I now compare them on Garmin Connect it shows this image:



If I now re-upload previous activities the GC does not show the lap data. If I compare previously uploaded activities all data are displayed correctly.

Moreover on the main page of the activity all data appear correctly.

Has anyone noticed this problem on your Garmin Connect?
  • I got exactly the same problem while comparing runnings. I cannot compare races from the last week (almost races that are 5 days old at least). I am using Forerunner 110 till now without problems... No related with the computer.:(
    But If I am opening individually each one of them, I can see the intervals/laps and all the information.:confused:
    I guess it shoulb be something temporary related with any webpage update...

    At least I'm happy because now I know I'm not the only one with this problem and so it seems that the computer works fine. I'm a little surprised because it seems that few others seem to have noticed the problem (no one compares recent activities with previous identical ones? :confused:). I posted this problem in a Spanish forum and I got no replies, too.

    I hope the problem is fixed with an GC update, but I don't know how to do a feedback to the Garmin team.

    Does anyone know how to do it?

    Can anyone say how to reach the Garmin people or where to put this question in order to fix the problem?

    Weird thing is the data obviously in the system because when you look at the individual activity, the data shows up. This problem seemed to show up on the website after Feb 2. I agree...its definitely frustrating.
  • Same here! But it only started today, after I was notified about the upcoming changes in Garmin Connect

    I'm from Brazil, btw.
