I keep seeing that I have 3 unread messages in Garmin Connect but when I click on the envelope icon, it says there are no messages or notifications. The number disappears, but then comes back within a few minutes.
Is anyone at Garmin reading this? Because this is happening to me as well. And is there a solution to this? Did the people on Page 1 of this thread see it resolved? Thank you - C
This is a forum for members to help one another out and share ideas rather than being a substitute for support. Have you logged the issue with garmin support? But to be honest looking at all the issues they have that are actually stopping people completely from using various functions I would expect this issue to come way down the list. After all is said and done it just requires a refresh of the screen to clear it.
