I keep seeing that I have 3 unread messages in Garmin Connect but when I click on the envelope icon, it says there are no messages or notifications. The number disappears, but then comes back within a few minutes.

Please help.

I have the same issue. When I refresh the page the notification icon disappears.

Also, if I have an actual notification I used to be able to click on it and it would take me to the activity a person had commented on - it now takes me to an error page.

Same here. It has gone slowly from 2 to 4 unread messages. I tried 3 different browsers and various computers just in case it was my problem but it is not.

I have the same issue. I used to have three now I have 4...anyone know why this happens?

Add my name to this list. Has gradually increased its way to 4. Click on it.... nothing???

I have exactly the same problem - 4 message, but there are none when I click on it.
