All,
I am currently in the middle of using the half marathon heart rate based training plan. However, the heart rate zones for some of the steps are incorrect. For example:
Interval Training - Directions state to run in Z4 for 3:00 but it lists my heart rate for Z3. While doing the run, I'm being buzzed every 3 seconds for getting out of Z3 when all the while I'm in the appropriate zone!
How can I fix this?
