Connect what? What Garmin device are you using, and what do you want to do with it?

I should have made myself clearer. Garmin Edge 200 and I want to upload my riding history.

The Edge 200 works as a USB mass storage device. So when you plug it into your computer, it should appear as a disk drive.
Your history is stored in the 'Activities' folder, as a FIT file for each ride.

So you can go to Garmin Connect, then click Upload, and choose the 'Manual Upload' option. Then just pick the correct FIT file from the Edge.

Or you could try this Linux Garmin Communicator plugin: http://www.andreas-diesner.de/garminplugin/doku.php
It should automatically read the activities from the Edge, and allow you to upload them.
