Can't upload new acticity from Edge 800 SD to Garmin Connect

The Garmin Connect Plugin can't find any activities which are on the SD Card ("GARMIN SD" in the upload area of Garmin Connect). The progress indicator run to the end (100%) and then nothing happens. The problem is on FireFox, Chrome and Safari (all up tp date). Plugin is in version 4.0.4. Running on OS X version 10.8.3 (also up to date). Reinstalling the plugin doesn't help.

    In OS X 10.9.1, still not fixed.

    Garmin, shame on you, have the same problem. Very unhappy with an expensive product.

    After my first activity with my new Garmin Edge 800 I experienced the same problem. It's disappointing that I have to do it 'manual' until this is getting fixed.

    Well, new "issue". Better said, since the new connect.garmin.com update, there is no way to upload the activity manually. You need to use "garmin express" application. Well, ok, but I can't sync activity from SD card, really annoying.

    Something is wrong please help me understand

    :confused:I think I have the same issue. I used my Garmin 800 for 2 years without a problem and in the last two days my activities show a "SD" before the day and time of my activities. When I want to upload them into WKO or Garmin connect I am not able to find or see the files. What should I do? What's wrong with my Garmin? Should I buy a new one? If I buy a new what is the guarantee it won't do the same. I need those complete data for my training please provide me a solution. Thanks

    I may have found the problem. If you click on menu and then the wrench, go in system and then data recording. change from memory card to internal storage.
  • Sorry this is the wrong way.

    I want to save the activity on the SD Card. Not enough space on the internal Card. And I Need to time to replace the Device about PC Connectivity Problems. All Data are lost if you save on the Device.

    For about 1 Year is working the Plugin. But now again, the same error. Only Manual Upload is working. Please Garmin fix that.
  • So during the end of last season, I picked up an 800. I couldn't sync, but I could upload at the connect page. Now I can't sync nor can I upload at connect. Sync says the file is wrong and Connect just spins. Why won't it accept the FIT file? I noticed it sync'd on Friday when I just rode with the GPS running. The two files it won't upload are Routes I uploaded from Connect.
