Can't login in to Garmin Connect

For the past few days I've been having issues logging in to GC. Running Windows7, IE9 so assume that's not it. Can't find anything on the forums. Does anyone have any ideas?

I'm having the same issue. I can log into my Garmin account (obviously, hence the post) but cannot log into Garmin connect. Rather annoying.

The same happens to me; Win7/IE9 throws me back to the login page...
Garmin - what is (not) happening here...?!

I opened a different thread with the same issue before I saw your posts. Still no news from Garmin? I am operating Windows Vista and IE7. I have entered connect.garmin.com to my safe sites list and am at a loss as to what the issue is? Have any of ye being able to log in since?

Must be an IE issue, as it works fine in Safari. Typical untested software updates from Garmin!
  • I can't log in on Safari OR Chrome. So frustrating.

MyGarmin login works fine. Garmin connect login won't work. Tried both email and username, no good.

I am having the same problem. I can login to my.garmin but not connect.garmin. Tried changing passwords but no improvement. Using W7 and IE9. Seems to be the same with Firefox. Have sent a support request to Garmin but no response as yet.

** Issues elsewhere too. Tracking site (for GTU-10) completely missing too! **

GTU-10: Don't know where to place this, as there is no apparent forum for this product and the web service it depends on.

After logging into "my Garmin", there is no longer a tracking link. And using the old web address brings up the map with a notification that the service is presently unavailable. (It's been like this all week.)

There's no way to even change settings (let along track) the unit without this website. So now the only warnings coming in are via email indicating "my battery is low."

I just renewed all these subscriptions for this product less than two weeks ago, and they were working fine.....

Without the website front end, the GTU-10 product is useless.
(And the Android app, regardless of what product it's installed on is very unpredictable at best.)

There's no excuse IMHO [for a company like Garmin] to not have "fail-over" / redundancy. People pay top dollar for these products, and rely on this "stuff"......

"....BUT, IT'S THE WEEKEND, SO GARMIN SERVICES ARE OFF-LINE....." ~ Priceless!

I don't know if this helps, but I was having the same problem, it only started after I did an update and was asked to put buy.garmin.com, my.garmin.com and connect.garmin.com into my trusted sites, from that point garmin connect stopped working. Checking further I notice that garmin connect is not a https site and therefore shouldn't be included in the trusted sites as it only accepts 's' sites. When I deleted it my access to garmin connect was restored. I don't know if this the correct way of doing things but it worked for me.

Bump - thought it was fixed but nope. I just tested a clean install on my work PC and everything was cool. but after un installing ant+ agent cmmunicator, drivers and redoing everything I still could not login from the ant agent / communicator.
