For the past few days I've been having issues logging in to GC. Running Windows7, IE9 so assume that's not it. Can't find anything on the forums. Does anyone have any ideas?

    Solved!!!

    GOT IT!!!!

    Uninstall ANT+
    Uninstall Communicator
    Uninstall Drivers

Delete all folders that are associated with Garmin in c:\\program files , program data, and under your user acct.

I also ran a registry cleaner (CCcleaner) and then installed ant+ and communicator and it it worked perfectly after repairing with my 310xt

I don't know if this helps, but I was having the same problem, it only started after I did an update and was asked to put buy.garmin.com, my.garmin.com and connect.garmin.com into my trusted sites, from that point garmin connect stopped working. Checking further I notice that garmin connect is not a https site and therefore shouldn't be included in the trusted sites as it only accepts 's' sites. When I deleted it my access to garmin connect was restored. I don't know if this the correct way of doing things but it worked for me.

Thank you for posting this - it now works again for me after deleting the trusted sites I had also added!!

Thanks for the tip...It fixed my problem with being logged out repeatedly when trying to edit, select activities, etc. Saved me a lot of trouble-shooting time...:)

I haven't been able to get on for over a week. Why is this such a troublesome site?

I did the same and this worked, Tools>Internet Options>Security>Trusted Sites. The Trusted Site for Garmin Connect was listed as an https site (which it isn't), I deleted it and my Login worked fine.

Just finding same problem of not letting me logon (and just been given new Edge!!) to GarminConnect. Frustrating as uploaded some route yesterday when all OK!? It is the same logon as MyGarmin, isn't it? Really annoying and waiting for Garmin Support to offer comment. Happy New Year to everyone, btw!

Removing connect.garmin.com from IE trusted sites solved the issue for me, as well.

Thank-you, the last post solved the very same problem. No Garmin Connect with IE after update but was OK with Firefox. Soloution remove https. connect.garmin from IE Trusted sites after update. Clunky or what !

Yep I'm having the same issue, I have an Garmin nuvi and Edge 200 Registered in MyGarmin. My Login for MyGarmin works fine, even changed the Password and reset the password and still no good in Garmin Connect, I have also asked for assistance from Garmin Support.. I have tried Firefox and Internet Explorer both don't work and the trusted sites are clear. Any other ideas?

I'm sure its not that hard for them (Garmin) to setup a link from the MyGarmin site to Garmin Connect site with out needing to re enter you username and Password.
