Well, I tried asking Garmin this but they did n't get back to me so I'm hoping some knowledgeable soul on here can help me.
Whenever I try to export files from my Garmin Connect account I get the message "Sorry, our site is temporarily down for maintenance. Please check back soon". Sometimes I can download the occasional file but then it will revert to the above message. I am trying to retrieve copies of all my activities and the only method I can see to do this is the export function one by one (currently not working). Is there a means by which I can do this in a bulk format? I am happy with the functionality and service that Garmin Connect provides but require these files for other purposes and hadn't taken additional back-ups in the past.
