How to get Tacx data into Garmin Connect?

How can I convert Tacx data so I can manually upload them to Garmin Connect? Tried to search for hrm to fit converter, but there doesn't seem to be a solution for that. Also looked for hrm to tcx, but no success.

Anybody found a good solution? Is there a technical reason that no converter exists?

Only for new training activitys or update old files to garmin too ?

In the FAQ (link above) they are saying:

Will my past activities recorded in my Tacx app show up in my Garmin Connect account?

At this time only activities recorded after this enhancement goes live will sync to your Garmin Connect account. Syncing older activities will be rolled out at a later date.
