My activities not uploading from my 610 to Garmin connect

I forgot to charge my FR610 Friday night and the battery went dead at 10 miles on Saturday. Since then I've been able to charge and use my watch, but the activities won't upload to Garmin connect. They are still in the history, but I can't get them to my dashboard. Does anyone know how I can force send without losing my data?
Thanks!

This didn't work for me. However, my 610 was set to allow initial pairing. I had turned it on when it wouldn't upload recently to try a different computer in my home. I disconnected the device from my Ant Agent and restarted the watch. It reconnected and immediately uploaded. I think my initial trouble was that I had too many activities on my watch. I inadvertently lost them all trying to get it work with a master reset. Try deleting the old activities to see if it improves the upload. Anyway, hopefully disconnecting and reconnecting your watch will work!

What worked for me was, as previously mentioned, adding a 10-15 second false workout. The latent files where uploaded together with it.
