Can't Upload to Garmin Connect...

Does not work for me too. :-( Got this message:

InvalidOptionException: showHealthDataUploadButton is not a valid option name, see Garmin.DeviceDisplayDefaultOptions


It would be helpful if you would indicate what browser you are using and what operating system you are using.

I saw a comment on one thread that it was no longer working with Firefox. I don't know if that person tried another browser and was successful though.

Upload is blank

Upload is not working for me as well. I've tried both Firefox and Chrome, both of which worked previously. I'm on Windows 7, 64bit. The upload screen is blank. Anyone have a solution to this?

I'm having problems uploading too. I'm using Internet Explorer. Says it doesn't recognize any devices?!?:confused:

tried Safari too and that won't work either

My USB works fine to print so it's some sort of problem with the Garmin software:mad:

Same problem here. Firefox and it worked fine 10/5/10. Must be something with the updates they did to site. Forced 5 times and it says activity transfer to Garmin connect failed.

can't upload

I'm having trouble as well. I click on the Upload button, but nothing happens. On a Macbook, using Safari. Any help appreciated.

Cant Upload to Garmin Connect

I can't upload to GC. This is the first time I have tried since the update. I have tried IE9 (my default and which has been fine) and also Chrome. Basically I go to the upload page and either nothing is seen or (on IE9) it lets me click upload new activities and then nothing .....

I have been able to see the tcx file on the device and upload to other programmes including Training Centre without problem.

Also I get an error on the Dashboard page with both browser.

Surely must be to do with the upgrade.

More Info...

On my Mac running Snow Leopard ( latest version) both Safari
and Firefox fail. ( Nothing appears in the upload frame).

I installed the plugin on one of my win 7 laptops and IE was
able to upload the missing ride.

I installed the plugin in a Win 7 VMWare Fusion VM running on the
above Mac Laptop and it appears that uploading will work ie the
upload spun its wheels for a bit and said that there where no new
files to upload ( and the frame had all of the right content.)

I then tried FireFox in the VM and it failed in the same way that
the Mac Snow Leopard failed, nothing even appears in the upload
frame.

Cant upload to GC

I tried reinstalling the Garmin Communicator Plugin but that made no difference. But I have now turned on compatibility mode in IE and I can upload okay again now. Perhaps I reset my browser settings. When I downloaded the Garmin Communicator Plugin I noticed that for the PC it says IE7+ and Firefox 3.0+ and does not mention Chrome?
