Can't Upload to Garmin Connect...

Howdy,

After my ride today I found that I could not upload to Garmin Connect.

I click the upload button and then I get the upload page but nothing
appears in the window....

I can upload to Ascent and Garmin Training Center.

Anyone else have this problem?

    Uploaded OK with Safari yesterday but noticed it seemed slow in responding.

    Bah and humbug

    Nope not working for me either, tried two machines and both IE and Firefox. Managed to load activities to Training Center, so not a communication to device problem - a problem with the website i'll wager. Guess won't be fixed until tomorrow.

    I'm having the same problem as others here. I've tried Firefox (3.6.10) and Internet Explorer (8.0.6). No dice.:(

    Same with me, initially I thought it was an issue with my USB lead and/or my devices so have tried different leads and all my devices (Oregon, Forerunner and Edge) and connectivity is fine, i.e. the devices are recognised.

    I'm running Firefox as well.

    When clicking on the 'upload' button on the website I'm simply getting a blank screen - have been patient and waited ages but nothing happens!!

    Wait for Garmin to fix their site I guess.

    Try clearing your cache to resolve problems

    Someone else in the forums said that he cleared his cache and then he was able to upload again.

    Give that a try and see if it works for you.

    Can't upload

    Same problem here on Safari. Has always worked fine in the past, but blank screen on the upload today....

    Clear cache!!

    I CLEARED THE CACHE, AND WAS ABLE TO UPLOAD OK. WORKED ON SAFARI.

    Hope this works for everyone else....

    Awesome. Glad to hear that you're back in business.

    I know of others who have had success with clearing cache, so I've been trying to spread the word to try it.

    Same problem - cant upload a new ride and I get a blank screen when trying to upload. Running safari on a macbook with a garmin edge 705. Overall I love the device, but the software is not user friendly.

    Thank you Forum - clearing cache worked. Go to SAFARI toolbar, and click EMPTY CACHE. garmin then uploaded no problem.:D
