Garmin Connect keeps logging me in to other people's accounts

As the topic suggests, every time I login I am logged in to other peoples accounts. And it appears to be random except for the location.

Sometimes it gives me my dashboard but someone else's activities. And other times it gives me my activities but someone else's dashboard. It happens often enough for me to bring up in these forms (read 85% of all logins).

Anyone else experience this?

I can not possibly be the only person having this problem?

When I log in to my activities I get sent to the account for "anderslee75".

When I click on Calendar I get sent to the calendar that belongs to "rikosu".

    What is going on here?

What if these people don't want me seeing their accounts? What security is in place because it's not working...

Hmm. I wonder if this is a Singapore only problem then. As you and I appear to be the only people experiencing this, and we are both located in Singapore.

I think I'll just add peoples names to this list, every time I get logged in so they are aware of what is happening, should they happen to come across this page. Given that this has been going on for a couple of months, there are many more who's names wont have been added.

To give a better description of what happens. I log in to my own account. I click on Activities, and I get taken to someone else's activities page. I click on Dashboard and I get taken to yet again another account. I have not tried to interfere, edit or change any of the logged data in these accounts. Not even sure if it is possible. But it is highly frustrating not being able to view my own account pages.

I'm facing the same problem and it usually happens right after I upload new data. The system would automatically log me into someone else's account, usually someone from the states.

I happen to be a Singapore user too! Hope someone's able to shed some light on this soon.

** and guess what?! I just got re-routed to your account SJSTRAW! Looks like you've been working real hard, keep it up dude!

I have sent an email to Garmin, also pointing out that there appears to be no one from Garmin actually manning these forums. Hope that changes.

Otherwise, keep up those work outs.

Had a good run. Tried the Jeff Galloway run-walk-run method and surprisingly the timing was the same as if I had run all the way.

Back to the issue - I could access Garmin Connect normally on my iphone and my office computer. I thought it had got something to do with the IE browser history or cookies in my home PC so I deleted them and the same problem is still occuring.

Thank you for the information. Can you please post a screen shot of your dashboard? Can you please post a screen shot of your settings page - is this page correct for you? Do you have "remember me" turned on for log-in?

It does not matter whether I use "remember me" or not - both options go to someone else's log.

When I log in, it goes to my Desktop, but someone else's Activities, Calendars, etc. When I go back to my Desktop, it goes to someone else's Desktop. It appears to go to the same person's account on the same day. Today its honsteven.
