I have a FIT file that is 23.9MB from a 200miler that I just can not upload. I have fitfileviewer.com to correct any issues but Garmin upload just errors. Usual sync just ignores this activity. Not sure what else to do

A garmin watch produces a totally legit file that is too large for garmin connect. There is nothing you can do about it, except perhaps complaining to garmin support, with little hope of getting it fixed.
NikolaRamsden, FIT File Repair Tool can reduce the number of track points (records) so the file uploads successfully to Garmin Connect. I’ve done it plenty of times for other forum members. This is assuming file size is the issue, as it used to have a known 25 MB limit.
