Hi Garmin Team,
I would like to report a problem regarding challenge badges and rankings.
Over the past few months, I finished several Garmin challenges in 1st–3rd place. I also received confirmation emails from Garmin stating my final placement in those challenges. However, the corresponding badges/rewards were never added to my account.
Because of this, I would like to ask if someone could please check whether there is an issue with my account or with the badge system itself.
I can provide screenshots of the confirmation emails and challenge details if needed.
