How to remove segments on Connect mobile?

Hi all, I am not able to remove segments NOT created by me, on Connect mobile....

These segments are not on the Connect web, and not on watch F7x as well.

They are only on Connect mobile (Workout > Segments) and are not selected as preferred.

I tryed but was unsuccessful.

Where in the app do you see segments? Is it Training & Planning > Segments? You can't disable that. It is the same on the web: https://connect.garmin.com/app/segments (they are always available…

You cannot remove segments you do not own. As soon as you passed though a segment, the segment is shown (unless you disable segments entirely)

You have to send the segments to the device for it to detect them on the device.

After sync to Garmin Connect iyou will also see the segments not sent to the device.

Thank you, do you know where disable entirely segments on Connect app on Iphone? I did not find anywhere.

I disabled entirely segments on Connect web, but still they are visible on Connect App.

Do you refer to the Segments option in the menu, or to detected segments in the past activities? I did not test it, but I assume you cannot remove detected segments from past activities, but if you disabled Garmin Segments, they should not be detected in future activities.

I have enabled segments in Connect Web (Account settings > Privacy settings), to see segments in Connect Web but also in Connect App as well. Then I disabled segments in Connect Web but I still see segments in Connect App and I wonder why... I thought not to see segments.

Do I need to disable segments on Connect App? But where?

What you have disabled is "Show your profile, rank and stats on segment leaderboards.", so you will not be listed in segment leaderboard, but you will still be able to see them.

Yes, I think the difference between Connect Web and App is that in C web I can see a lot of segments by acting the zoom, while in C app I can see only segments inside routes where I created a segment. Or, I have understood this.

In web page, in Training & Planning > Segments,

in App, the same, Training & Planning > Segments.

Is there anything wrong?

In the web page you see 3 tabs: Your segments, Favorites and Nearby Segments. If you haven't created any and not starred any then the two first will be empty. For Nearby Segments you should see...nearby segments. Pan and zoom the map to see any segments there.

What you see in the app depends on if you selected Strava or Garmin segments, but I assume you have Garmin segments selected. What I get is a list of all segments sorted alphabetically. Not sure how far away it looks. Most of them are in Sweden (where I am), but there are also segments in other countries. Pretty pointless.

If I click the magnifying glass I get Nearby Segments (pretty much the same as in the web). In the map page I can filter to only show my segments (same as the Your segments tab in the web).

I don't see any way to show my Favorite segments. Seems to be missing in the app. I can star segments and I can see the stars, but not get a list with just them.
