Oregon 550: miss street name and map details

Hello forum,
first sorry for my poor english.

after (only) 1 week of funny use of my new Oregon 550 , today suddenly, i can no more view map details (street names, city and any written data) in the main map screen , even for the default WW DEM Basemap NR map.

see att. some pictures of my setting & map screens.

software ver. 3.30 - gps 3.70
Mapsource 6.15.11

any idea ?? :(

losing details and contour lines in topo 100 k preloaded maps in oregon 550t

Sorry folks for bugging everybody again.....
Anyone is aware of a fix for the problem with not being able to see details in the preloaded maps on oregon 550t.........I just bought firmware v. 3.50...it is happening now intermittently where sometimes I cannot see anything in the map as I zoom in, details are all gone........
Any suggestions would be kindly appreciated,

cannot read topo maps

Is there a way i can go back and reinstall 3.26 beta to my garmin 450 it seems the new version 3.3 has messed up my unit now it wont read my topo card right , wont show strees on my base map and also no contour lines on my topos

I do have the same issue with my oregon 550t......it's acting very erratically....sometimes the topography shows fine....other times all is gone.
I have not received any answers yet from support (my version is 3.50)......
anything new in that regard? thanks,
